The House Exchange website has played an important role over many years in giving our residents the opportunity to identify a home they would like to move to outside the borough of Great Yarmouth.
It has also supported many residents from other areas to contact our tenants, view their homes and then approach their landlord to explore the potential of undertaking an exchange.
Mutual exchanges supports residents who might not necessarily have a housing need in accordance to the local Allocation Policy but often have a desire to move to support their wellbeing.

The process of implementing House Exchange couldn’t have been easier, with marketing information provided so that we could launch our new mutual exchange service quickly and easily.
House Exchange were able to provide everything we needed and six months in we have over 500 registered customers on the site. The portal is easy to use and it has been a successful partnership enabling our customers to move to homes of their choice.
